3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a service, you need to:

  • Verify you are 18 years of age or older
  • Provide true and complete details
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions
  • Allow entry to the premises according to the schedule

3.2 Confirmation

A service reservation is only validated upon us sending a written acknowledgment. We have the right to decline service to any person at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All service fees are presented in £ and cover all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Payment Requirements

  • Immediate services: Payment required upon finalization
  • Assignments exceeding £1,000: An upfront payment of 50% at the time of reservation
  • Final balance: Due upon completion of the project
  • Associated additional fees (if any): Due at the end of service

4.3 Forms of Payment

We accept several forms of payment including significant credit cards, bank transfers, and money orders. Payment processing is conducted through secure, encoded systems.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Cancellations by Client

  • 48 hours or more before service: Complete refund of the deposit
  • Within 24 to 48 hours before service: Refund of 50% of the deposit
  • Under 24 hours before service: Deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellation of immediate service: £100 cancellation penalty

5.2 Guarantee for Immediate Services

We promise a response time of 2 hours for immediate services. Should we fail to meet this response time due to any unexpected event, we will:

  • Offer a 20% discount for the call out
  • Give top priority for the subsequent available time slot

5.3 Delays in the Project

In case of any project postponements due to unexpected site conditions or material availability, we will advise of new timelines and make suitable schedule adjustments.

6. Safety and Site Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

Property owners must:

  • Ensure safe and unobstructed entry to the work area
  • Communicate about any hazardous materials or conditions on site
  • Restrict the presence of children and pets from the work zones
  • Adhere to safety directives from the technician

6.2 Preparation of the Site

Clients are accountable for:

  • Clearing personal items from workspaces
  • Ensuring there is enough space for work to be conducted
  • Managing pets during the working hours
  • Making neighbors aware of anticipated services

6.3 Standards of Behavior

Clients must maintain a secure working atmosphere. We retain the authority to cease services if the site conditions present safety threats to our workforce or to the property.

7. Responsibility and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our accountability is confined to the service costs paid by you. We are not answerable for:

  • Plumbing issues already present
  • Damage attributable to concealed defects
  • Further damages resulting from interruptions of service
  • Problems resulting from inadequate maintenance

7.2 Insurance Policy

We retain broad liability insurance that covers our operations. Clients are responsible for insuring their property.

7.3 Guarantee

We offer guarantees on the quality of work as per the terms in your service contract. Warranties given by the manufacturer are applicable for materials and fixtures.

8. Amendments and Project Variations

We reserve the authority to change project plans due to on-site conditions, building norms, or availability of materials. Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before commencement.
